Responsibilities
Lead projects with a focus on public realm and active transportation
Apply broad knowledge of design criteria and methods to landscape architecture and urban design projects
Team up with engineers and urban designers across the Midwest
Work hands-on with clients, communities, and coworkers to shape great public spaces
Guide a passionate crew of designers, planners, and engineers as Project Manager
Help grow the landscape architecture practice and strengthen its role in reimagining the public realm
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's and/or master's degree in landscape architecture
5+ years of progressive career experience
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in streetscape design, project programming, master planning, site design, and all design phases
Experience in preparing construction documents
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD
An interest in streetscapes and multimodal transportation design
Strong project management skills including development of project staffing and schedules, developing and monitoring project budgets, cost estimating and specifications
Preferred
Licensure in OH and/or other Midwest States
Proficiency in MicroStation
Strong proficiency with hand and digital graphic techniques to communicate design ideas and produce illustrative graphics
Exposure to construction management and methods
Familiarity working with local public transportation agencies and standards
