Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong communication

Develop proposals, scopes, budgets, and schedules

Lead project teams and coordinate resources to meet deadlines and financial goals

Oversee and review site/civil and land development design for compliance with standards and municipal requirements

Prepare drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and produce reports, estimates, and technical documents

Analyze site data, conduct site visits, and support construction observation

Follow QA/QC procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables

Track budgets, schedules, and staffing needs

Manage scope changes and provide project updates for clients and internal teams

Mentor junior staff and maintain organized project files

Support company safety practices and professional standards
