New Grad, Entry LevelSecurity Service Federal Credit Union is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Rep. The role involves completing endorsements, issuing certificates of insurance, and processing premium finance contracts while meeting service standards.

Responsibilities
Complete endorsements with carriers at request of account managers or executives
Issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, and other miscellaneous proof of coverage documents
Create new business submissions and send to market
Create miscellaneous Acord forms as requested by account manage or executive
Create and process premium finance contracts
Meets service standards for volume, timeliness, and quality
Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Property & Casualty License
A sense of urgency in all actions due to the time restraints incumbent to insurance and customer need
Experience using Vertafore/AMS360 or similar Agency Management System
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Perform a large number of steps in complex system with accuracy and speed
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
