Responsibilities
Manage accounting activities for our clients
Process accounts payable/receivable
Collate and enter vendor expenses
Maintain general ledger accuracy and reconciliation
Prepare bank and financial statements
Create accounting reports
Process client payroll
Engage with multiple clients on assignments simultaneously
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2-5 years of relevant accounting and bookkeeping experience
Proficient with MS Excel and QuickBooks
Experience with payroll
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining work quality
Excellent written and verbal communication
A strong commitment to professional service excellence
Preferred
Experience working in a Public Accounting firm a plus
Knowledge of Sage Intacct preferred
