Responsibilities

Designing, performing, or overseeing soil, soil vapor, groundwater, and surface water investigations
Coordinating and managing fieldwork logistics
Data analysis and interpretation
Technical report writing
Participating in meetings with clients and regulators

Required

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering with a concentration in environmental or a related field
Local (or willing to relocate) to North Carolina(Charlotte, or Raleigh/Cary) with ability to travel up to 60% - 75%
Knowledge of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and data management software
United States Citizenship and valid drivers license

Preferred

3.0 GPA
Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, or other closely related technical field
40-hr HAZWOPER certification
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or the ability to obtain one 12 months after hire
