Responsibilities
Assist the software support team in addressing ongoing compliance and network management issues
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to maintain system integrity
Support in configuring and managing UNIX, Oracle, and Windows servers
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Network Administration, UNIX, Windows, Oracle, or IT Security
Strong understanding of compliance standards and network protocols
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a technical support environment
Preferred
Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) or system administration
Experience with scripting or automation tools in IT environments
