Enterprise, Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
Engages prospective customers through personalized outreach—leveraging phone, email, and social platforms—to clearly communicate the value and impact of RoadRunner’s solutions
Identifies and qualifies high-potential prospects at the earliest stages of the sales cycle to build a strong pipeline
Maintains clean, accurate CRM data in Salesforce to enable timely engagement and informed decision-making
Continuously refines sales techniques to influence stakeholders and foster long-term relationships
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, targeting large complex companies with a national footprint
Proven Experience in a 100% remote sales environment: The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to thrive and manage a high-paced, autonomous workflow while working remotely
Experience selling into large, complex companies with a national footprint
Bachelor's Degree Required
