Responsibilities

Defining product vision and roadmap for a new Gateway Clearinghouse platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements

Working with internal stakeholders and health plans to understand their workflows

Directing the development of operational and reporting metrics to ensure product success

Defining and executing a strategy to simplify API onboarding and integration

Ensuring developer documentation, quick-start guides, and tutorials are clear, accurate, and engaging

Developing requirements to support operational and business needs translating them into clear user stories and epics for development teams

Gathering, analyzing, and responding to user feedback

Working cross-functionally in a matrix driven environment

Leading team of product owners and product analysts to execute against product vision

Conducting go-to-market research and incorporate customer insights into product planning

Required

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Management within the healthcare space, preferably in revenue cycle management, EDI clearinghouse or interoperability

Proven experience creating and executing roadmaps as well as leading a development team to meet deliverables

Strong experience with product development life cycle (PDLC)

Experience managing customer expectations

Worked in and are comfortable operating in a matrix organization, coordinating across multiple disciplines

Deep understanding of customer onboarding processes, especially in enterprise or healthcare contexts

Technical acumen and the ability to grasp technical concepts

Strong familiarity with API architecture

Experience managing developer-facing products or APIs

Experience gathering product requirements and getting feedback from technical staff

Knowledge of modern technology architectures, database technology, virtualization, and the impact of government initiatives and HIPAA privacy and security regulations on system design

Understand the healthcare EDI ecosystem, business models and customer needs

Familiarity with JIRA
