Responsibilities
Serve as the lead technical partner to stakeholders as it relates to business intelligence solutions
Lead the development of dashboards and reporting solutions
Take an active role in eliciting, documenting, designing, building, and testing products in support of key customers and business initiatives
Drive BI product development through user experience and interface design, prototyping, development, and continuous improvement
Manage the entire BI project development life cycle and third party vendors
Support Market Access Operations, Product Strategy, Medical Affairs, Finance, Compliance and liaise with IT department as requirements dictate
Manage all internal and external data sources and exchanges
Ongoing support of data integration and business rule processing associated with Master Data Management and Data Warehousing systems
Develop operational procedures and oversee successful execution of data flows and report refreshes to ensure timely, accurate delivery of dashboards to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
Experienced Business Intelligence developer with over five years of BI reporting experience
Strong skills with at least one of the major BI tools, Power BI experience preferred
Experience working with pharmaceutical data
Three to five years of pharmaceutical experience
Ability to manage third party vendors and internal partners
Technical understanding of data warehousing processing specific to commercial operations
Strong experience with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of databases and acquiring data using SQL
Excellent organizational skills, written and oral communications
Preferred
Power BI experience preferred
Knowledge of Azure data factories, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics preferred
