Acrisure is a global fintech leader seeking a Commercial Lines Real Estate Account Manager to join their East Division team. The role involves providing service support to real estate clients, processing policies, and ensuring high-quality customer service to aid in client retention and acquisition.

Responsibilities

Interact with clients to address all servicing needs

Processing of policies, endorsements, and audits

Enter policy data into our client management system

Order loss runs for re-marketing accounts

Become proficient in carrier web-sites for quoting when remarketing an account or adding additional lines of coverage

Keep your desk and files organized at all times

Perform superior customer service at all times

Properly utilize the management system to keep track of all pending items

Communicate with carriers for all underwriting matters, audits, endorsements, carrier recommendations, etc

Expedite certificates of insurance if CSR team is short staffed and client needs immediately

Run MVRs and update driver lists when required

Prepare renewal rating quotes, based on applications

Process and issue binders

Attend agency and department meetings as well as training/education classes and sessions (both within the agency and outside the agency as directed)

Required

Commercial insurance industry experience and/or demonstrated ability to successfully handle complexities of job, required

Active Property and Casualty License required

Strong organizational skills- ability to prioritize and be proactive

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills

Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

High School diploma required

Preferred

Associate Degree or higher preferred

Applied Systems / EPIC experience a plus

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines and/ Commercial Lines Real Estate highly preferred
