Responsibilities
Manage intake and evaluation of AI use cases through defined workflow process
Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand use case requirements and value proposition
Work with 12+ risk partners (compliance, security, legal, etc.) to shepherd use cases through approval process
Document use case details, requirements, and risk assessments
Track status of 6-7 concurrent use cases through the approval pipeline
Facilitate meetings and communications between technical teams, business owners, and risk partners
Maintain documentation and status reporting
Qualification
Required
7+ years experience in IT, business analysis, or program/portfolio management
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and terminology (GenAI, LLMs, RAG, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to work with risk, compliance, or governance functions within financial services
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to manage processes with multiple approval gates and dependencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with project tracking and documentation tools
Preferred
Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, or technology risk management
Familiarity with vendor evaluation or technology procurement processes
