Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing prospective professionals
Build a strong community presence through networking, events, and local partnerships to strengthen brand awareness
Collaborate with advisors and leadership to understand hiring goals and align recruitment strategies
Develop and execute creative grassroots recruiting campaigns to attract top talent
Track and analyze recruiting metrics and selection ratios to refine sourcing and conversion strategies
Cultivate an energetic and collaborative office environment through cultural initiatives and team engagement
Act as a brand ambassador in the marketplace, differentiating the firm from competitors through authentic relationship-building and consistent messaging
Support business growth by driving recruiting results in a competitive, relationship-driven environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, sales, or talent acquisition
Proven ability to independently source, evaluate, and onboard candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake
Strong community network and understanding of local market dynamics
Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, competitive recruiting environments
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with the financial or professional services industry
Proven ability to build office culture and team cohesion through leadership and engagement
Strong grasp of grassroots marketing and community engagement strategies
