Law Practice

Responsibilities

Obtain and analyze medical records and prepare medical summaries

Search information from court-related databases as well as other online sources of case information

Determine, prepare and organize materials needed for expert witness review

Review, analyze and organize document productions

Summarize transcripts; assemble chronologies of pertinent facts and key documents

Trial preparation and support including reviewing and preparing records and exhibits

Maintain spreadsheets to track discovery, dismissals, and status of cases

Qualification

Civil litigation experienceMicrosoft OfficeMicrosoft ExcelParalegal Studies degreeMultitasking

Required

Extensive civil litigation experience, preferably product liability or medical malpractice

Technical skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel

Must be able to multitask and successfully manage a variety of plaintiffs and demands daily

Preferred

Associate, Bachelor's or Certificate in Paralegal Studies desired
