Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, text, email or in person)
Manage Internet sales leads
Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
Schedule appointments for test drives and delivery of vehicles
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Exceptional communication, listening, and organizational skills
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable in a technology-driven environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
At least 1 year of experience preferred
