Responsibilities
Grow revenue by expanding relationships with current clients and opening new ones in target markets
Collaborate with recruiters to deliver top talent for full-time Accounting & Finance positions
Develop creative sales strategies to identify opportunities and win new partnerships
Build trusted relationships with hiring leaders and decision-makers
Advise clients on hiring trends, compensation insights, and staffing best practices
Represent Madison Davis as a leading name in Accounting & Finance recruiting
Qualification
Required
1–10 years of staffing or B2B sales experience (Accounting & Finance or professional services preferred)
Proven ability to generate new business and deepen existing relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial spirit — proactive, strategic, and performance-driven
A competitive mindset and passion for building something substantial
