Play a lead role in assisting the funds team on fund formation & capital raising across various products
Assist on the drafting and reviewing of documents related to new private fund/product structuring and launches
Negotiate and oversee legal documentation including side letters, limited partnership agreements, and assist with investor relations matters
Oversee and manage outside counsel
Qualification
Required
JD from a top tier Law school
7+ years of experience within private practice or in-house environment at an established Investment Manager
Experience with Private Funds required
Ability to work autonomously and act as lead in-house attorney on a product launch
