Responsibilities

Acquire knowledge and develop basic skills in highway/roadway design

Apply learned techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform assigned tasks

Demonstrate the ability to prepare low-level complexity general engineering designs and/or technical data for completion and accuracy

Assist with other project related tasks such as permit applications, material testing, drawings and CAD work

Exercise judgement on details of work and work under direct supervision on all aspects of tasks assigned

Work within MicroStation and AutoCAD Civil 3D to successfully complete projects within established budgets and deadlines

Qualification

Civil EngineeringEIT CertificationMicroStationAutoCAD Civil 3DEngineering ConceptsEnglish Proficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required

Demonstrate basic knowledge of engineering concepts, theories, principles and practices

Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions

Preferred

EIT (Engineer In Training) certification is preferred

Increasing proficiency with MicroStation and AutoCAD Civil3D
