Responsibilities

Underwrite exclusively Workers’ Compensation Insurance—no other product lines

Manage new and renewal accounts for assigned agents and producers

Apply solid risk analysis, pricing strategies, and compliance with state filings and corporate guidelines

Build and maintain strong agency relationships in partnership with our Sales Team

Serve as a technical expert and mentor, supporting leadership with audits and team development

Contribute to strategic business planning and organizational projects
