Social Media Marketing Specialist
CuraAd Marketing Group is a healthcare-focused marketing and advertising agency specializing in clinical research and pharmaceutical sectors. They are seeking a personable and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage social media content, engage with patients, and support broader digital marketing tasks.

Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Film and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) using platforms like CapCut
Capture patient stories, interview patients for testimonials, and communicate professionally and warmly with participants
Hold comfortable, natural conversations on camera or behind the camera to guide patient testimonials and staff spotlights
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community
Identify trending sounds, formats, and concepts to keep content fresh and relevant
Track social media analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance
Write captions, scripts, and messaging for posts, reels, campaigns, and educational content
Create graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite
Capture behind-the-scenes content at clinics, events, and partner locations
Assist in producing testimonial-style videos, doctor highlights, and promotional content
Approach patients and staff in a warm, friendly, professional manner to collect testimonials
Conduct short, guided interviews with patients, families, staff members, and community partners
Ensure testimonials meet HIPAA guidelines and follow Cura Ad's compliance process
Represent Cura Ad in a positive, helpful, and engaging way in both in-person and digital interactions
Assist in executing email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms
Support SEO efforts through keyword research and optimized content
Help maintain and update WordPress websites as needed
Assist in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
Support creation of landing pages, digital assets, and marketing materials
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Comfortable speaking with people, guiding conversations, and capturing testimonials
Strong on-camera presence OR ability to direct others comfortably on camera
Experience editing short-form video (Reels/TikTok) using CapCut or similar
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite design experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategy
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, friendly demeanor and ability to work in clinical environments
Preferred
Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEMrush is a plus
Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a plus (or willingness to learn)
