Responsibilities
Designing a Machine-Learning oriented strategy to fulfill DPM’s objectives
Manage the ML Strategy by collaborating with the DPM Functional Area Leads, managing schedule, communicating with key stakeholders, documenting tasking, delegating tasking, mentoring junior developers on tasking, and performing code reviews
Execute the ML Strategy by developing the necessary software modules, components, reports, and cross-functional analysis algorithms
Validate the ML Strategy by developing test plans and metrics demonstrating the efficacy of specific ML models as applied to DPM
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science
5+ years of experience in developing software applications
5+ years of experience with systems programming languages such as C#, Java, C++, and Rust
Experience with scripting programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python
Experience working with Git for Source Control Management
Active Secret clearance
Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
Preferred
7+ years of experience in developing software applications
7+ years of experience with systems programming languages such as C#, Java, C++, and Rust
3+ years of experience with scripting programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python
3+ years of experience developing with Machine Learning
3+ years of experience mentoring junior developers
Experience giving presentations to large groups
Experience working in a DevSecOps environment
