Responsibilities
Maintains routine application configurations to meet user and business requirements while supporting development of improvements to standard and basic application support processes and procedures
Supports the execution of programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases
Maintains effective communication channel with users and responds to standard and routine application support requests and needs
Conducts basic and less complex application support activities to deliver on business outcomes
Collaborates with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to help ensure configurations align with project goals
Analyzes assigned incident tickets and user requests
Performs supporting activities to assist with software vendors relationships and contracts
Qualification
Required
No minimum years of relevant experience required. Typically reflects 2 years or more of relevant experience
Preferred
Experience with AWS or Azure
Experience with Cybersecurity
