Responsibilities

Oversee the monthly NAV process for multiple hedge funds, including the review and approval of administrator-calculated NAVs
Perform a variety of recurring activities such as tax accounting, valuation oversight, client reporting, and management reporting
Manage investor cash flow and transfer agency processes
Partner with internal teams such as Business, Investor Relations, and Compliance to provide information, respond to inquiries, and conduct ad hoc analyses related to fund or investor activity
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Lead and support projects related to hedge fund operations, accounting systems, and process improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
3 - 5+ years of experience in public accounting, alternative investments, private equity, or fund administration
Strong knowledge of partnership accounting (management fees, carried interest, clawbacks), third-party distribution, hybrid or side pocket fund structures, and currency hedging
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and a client service mindset

Preferred

Progress toward CPA, CFA, CAIA, or MBA
Familiarity or interest in Alteryx, SQL, or Tableau
