Mid LevelAssetWorks Inc is looking for a Custom Development Developer to join their Custom Development team. The role involves estimating and developing custom solutions, producing technical documentation, and ensuring quality assurance through troubleshooting and peer reviews.

Responsibilities
Assist the Project Implementation Specialist in scoping custom deliverables that meet customer requirements
Provide reliable estimates based on functional specifications
Produce custom products and new functionality to applications according the specifications provided by Professional Services, within scope, time, and budget
Troubleshoot and correct defects reported by customers and discovered by internal QA testing
Peer review code to verify it is up to company standards
Serve as the subject matter expert for custom development
Produce Technical Documentation
Serve on the PMO Steering Committee
Provide best practice recommendations for standardized processes and documentation
Provide recommendations for new standardized custom development products (e.g. ABPs)
Ensure that time spent meets bill-ability targets while also maintaining the balance of fairness and customer satisfaction of the client
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team
Strong Analytical skills
Attention to detail and on-time delivery
Understanding of working with commercial relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, MsSQL)
Experience with Java
Experience with JavaScript
