The New Development Transition & Operations Manager will coordinate key transition milestones and manage communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure successful lease-ups.

Responsibilities
Lead property management transition activities from pre-development through lease-up
Maintain and track project checklists, timelines, turnover deliverables, and readiness milestones
Coordinate lease-up efforts, weekly calls, and reporting to support on-time launches
Serve as the communication hub between development, operations, construction, and onsite teams
Oversee punch walks, handoff documentation, vendor setup, and resolution of pre-opening issues
Manage a centralized inbox/ticketing system and distribute weekly property updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, construction management, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in multifamily development, construction operations, or property management
A strong understanding of lease-up processes and development timelines
Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel as needed and a valid driver's license
