Senior Account Executive - Salesforce Partner - Nonprofit
Salesforce Staffing, LLC is a Salesforce Summit Partner with a strong reputation in the nonprofit channel. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to strengthen relationships within the nonprofit sector, create new opportunities, and collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Deepen relationships with Salesforce nonprofit AEs, RVPs, and partner teams
Drive awareness, co-selling motions, and strategic alignment with the field
Serve as a knowledgeable, trusted partner who understands how nonprofit deals actually get done
Drive first meetings through ecosystem alignment, referrals, and targeted outbound
Lead consultative discovery with nonprofit executives and operations leaders
Qualify needs across fundraising, CRM modernization, and program operations
Collaborate with solution architects, PMs, and leadership to shape accurate scopes and proposals
Coordinate demos, technical reviews, and resources that unlock deal movement
Ensure clean handoff to delivery with clear expectations and success criteria
Maintain fluency in Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP, fundraising operations, and nonprofit CRM patterns
Track Salesforce releases and nonprofit sector trends
Qualification
Required
Direct SI / professional services sales experience
5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
Strong nonprofit ecosystem relationships — or the ability to build them quickly
Experience working with Salesforce AEs, partner teams, and co-selling motions
Strong discovery, scoping, and proposal experience
Familiarity with nonprofit operations, fundraising, and CRM concepts
