A person with professional experience driving results across various aspects of digital marketing—social media, content creation, paid media, email, SEO, etc

A person with gifts and insights into what it takes to effectively find, convince, convert, and engage our clients' audiences

Comfortable handling difficult conversations, pushing the team to drive towards a desired result, and presenting in front of a client in order to win trust and demonstrate results

A data-driven decision maker paired with a natural sense of curiosity and creativity

Highly interested in distributing credit to the team rather than amassing accolades and admiration for oneself

Humble and aware of their deep goodness and dignity as a beloved child of God
