Responsibilities

In partnership with FP&A and Suppliers and Study Management, ensure accurate, transparent, and timely financial analyses to support Clinical Operations accruals; clearly articulate financial implications from variances between forecast and actuals and provide retrospective analysis as well as drive forward actions for key business stakeholders. Supports Clinical Development Expertise Areas as needed

Support Clinical Operations budget, forecast and long-term planning

Complete all required variance analyses for projects. Identify risks in the project forecast and opportunities to improve revenue outlook. Communicate, document and manage these on an ongoing basis

Responsible for review of transparency reporting provided by CRO to ensure alignment with operation plan for study

Develop and deliver training to support effective financial management processes throughout the Clinical Operations organization. Supports Clinical Development Expertise Areas as needed

Manage Purchase Orders (including entry and approval routing) and Change Orders for Clinical Trials

Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain a focus on value-add services relating to resource planning and financial planning
