Responsibilities
Lead UI architecture, set patterns, and coach team on React best practices
Build modern, responsive UIs using React
Contribute to backend development when needed (Java, Spring Boot)
Guide team on design system and monorepo decisions
Qualification
Required
10+ years hands-on development
Strong React expertise for building modern, responsive UIs
Ability to contribute to backend when needed (Java, Spring Boot)
Familiarity with Playwright for E2E testing (easier for UI engineers)
Full-stack capability (React + Java)
Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Playwright
CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Agile environment
Cloud exposure (AWS), containerization (Docker/OpenShift)
Domain-Driven Design (DDD) understanding (team is starting to adopt)
Leadership mindset, mentoring capability, strong collaboration
Preferred
Kafka experience (helpful but not mandatory)
Ability to guide team on design system and monorepo decisions
