Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing and industrial processes
Drive manufacturing process enhancements based on production data to attain product quality and production efficiency goals
Create and maintain production work instructions and tools lists
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
Ensure processes and equipment adhere to safety regulations and industry standards
Help lead and mentor other process engineers—providing technical guidance and support
Collaborate with design engineering by providing design for manufacturing feedback for new product introduction
Conduct problem solving efforts using industry standard tools
Implement best practices of manufacturing plants (lean flow, technologies, automation)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering with progressive advancement
Proven experience in Design for Manufacturing and New Product Introduction
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departments
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of CAD and other design and simulation software
