Responsibilities
Create and update Standard Work, work instructions, SOPs, and visual aids
Drive manufacturing process enhancements based on production data to attain product quality and production efficiency goals
Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with lean principles
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
Maintain process control plans and ensure alignment with quality criteria
Specify equipment, tooling, and fixtures required to achieve process capabilities
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality during product launches
Conduct problem solving efforts using industry standard tools
Implement best practices of manufacturing plants (lean flow, technologies, automation)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering with progressive advancement
Proven experience in Design for Manufacturing and New Product Introduction
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departments
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of CAD and other design and simulation software
