Contributing to the daily maintenance of cases, assisting with document production, and working on court filings
Assisting with preparations for depositions, hearings, and trials, including coordinating trial logistics and attending trials as requested
Overseeing the organization of case documents and conducting legal research
Preparing motions, subpoenas, and materials for filing with court or service on parties
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and coordinate changing priorities
Ability to create a friendly and professional rapport with attorneys, staff, and external parties
Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive matters
