Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Technical (Engineering, Product, Data) roles

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies

Source, engage, and assess passive and active candidates through various channels

Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Track pipeline metrics and deliver regular updates to stakeholders

Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s culture, values, and business needs to effectively pitch the opportunity
