Guiding clients through business transactions, including purchases, sales, restructurings, and investment matters
Preparing and negotiating corporate agreements, commercial contracts, and internal governance documents
Providing ongoing advice on corporate operations, compliance, and organizational structure
Helping manage the progression of deals from initial discussion through closing
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in corporate or transactional law
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
The ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
A strong academic background
Preferred
Experience contributing to client development is a plus but not mandatory
