Brand Account Manager
Rove is one of the fastest growing premium cannabis brands in the nation, seeking a vibrant and self-motivated Brand Account Manager. The role involves being the face of the brand in the Oklahoma market, building relationships, training retail teams, and ensuring brand standards are met.

Responsibilities
Serve as the face of the brand in the Oklahoma market
Build strong relationships with retail store managers and budtenders
Train budtenders and store teams on Rove products and brand story
Execute in-store brand standards and ensure consistent merchandising
Assist with event planning, in-store activations, and new product launches
Act as a liaison between Rove HQ and the local distributor’s sales team to ensure alignment on priorities
Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market feedback
Identify potential new retailers that align with the Rove brand and could become strong long-term partners
Monitor inventory levels and sell-through rates at key accounts to ensure product availability and support reorders
Use CRM tools to maintain records of store visits, training sessions, and brand activation efforts
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in cannabis, CPG, or field marketing roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proven critical thinking skills and flexibility while performing job duties
Self-motivated with a high degree of personal accountability
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel across the state
Willingness to travel up to 75% within Oklahoma
