Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the US nuclear power market
Meet and exceed annual sales, bookings, and margin goals
Build and execute account plans and accurate sales forecasts
Work directly with end users, EPCs, and channel partners to generate demand and close opportunities
Lead coordination on RFQs by working with internal quotation, engineering, and operations teams
Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure timely responses, clarity of requirements, and smooth order progression
Assess customer needs, project budgets, competitive landscape, and delivery expectations to guide commercial decision-making
Collaborate with leadership to develop competitive pricing strategies while protecting target margins
Maintain an updated sales funnel and drive consistent follow-up on open proposals
Translate customer technical and commercial requirements into practical solution offerings
Partner with project teams to support order execution and customer satisfaction
Continuously review pricing and identify margin-improvement opportunities
Develop expertise around the company’s product portfolio and its applications within nuclear facilities

Required

Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies for engineered products or technical solutions
Strong understanding of project-based selling and forecasting
Working knowledge of nuclear industry standards, specifications, and procurement processes
High competence in customer engagement, needs analysis, and solution development
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
5–10 years of experience in key account management or technical sales
Demonstrated success managing complex accounts and achieving booking targets

Preferred

Experience selling mechanical or industrial equipment (experience with flow-control products is beneficial but not required)
