Responsibilities

Own the system architecture and integration patterns across all data services and applications, including Salesforce and web platforms
Lead the design of comprehensive, scalable, and secure technical solutions that align with Elevate’s strategic goals and business requirements
Evaluate and recommend technology stacks to ensure the scalability, performance, and security of solutions
Serve as a subject matter expert for technical design and data management, providing authoritative guidance
Provide direct technical guidance and mentorship to product-oriented development teams, fostering best practices and architectural adherence
Lead the development team’s technical kick-off meetings and actively participate in business feature and epic meetings
Collaborate closely with Program Leads, Business Analysts, Salesforce developers, and administrators on solution and improvement development
Create technical documentation to support feature development, ensuring clarity and maintainability
Identify and mitigate technical risks and impediments throughout the solution lifecycle, proactively addressing potential challenges
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
At least six (6+) years of progressive experience in software development, architecture, or technical consulting, with at least three (3+) years specifically in a Solutions Architect or similar lead design role
Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce platforms and web technologies in an integrated environment
Possesses deep expertise in enterprise architecture principles, system integration patterns, and cloud-based solutions
Demonstrates strong proficiency in Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning components) and web technologies (e.g., modern JavaScript frameworks, APIs, CMS)
Exhibits exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, including the ability to influence, mentor, and drive consensus across diverse teams
Is highly proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
Ability to communicate effectively in a remote and in-person setting

Preferred

Master's degree
Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect)
Other relevant certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
