They are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Project Executive to lead major commercial paint/drywall projects and serve as a key client-facing representative for the business.

Responsibilities
Manage new construction projects from award through closeout
Maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits and meetings
Lead change order negotiations and resolve A/B-level issues
Partner with internal APMs/PMs who handle much of the operational workload
Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met
Professionally represent the company with owners, GCs, and project partners
Qualification
Required
Experience managing commercial painting or drywall projects
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple jobs while prioritizing field time
Skilled in relationship management and client-facing responsibilities
Professional, driven, and comfortable stepping into a leadership role
