Qualification

Technical SupportDesktop ApplicationsNetwork ConnectivityBuilding MachinesCommunication Skills

Required

2-4 years of Technical Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support
Experience supporting desktop applications such as MS Office, Outlook, etc
Experience building new machines / new user set up as well as decommissioning equipment
Understanding of internet / network connectivity, password management, etc
Excellent communication skills and a customer friendly demeanor
