LHH is recruiting for a full-time VP, Client Services for one of our integrated marketing agency clients headquartered in Chicago, IL. The role involves leading client accounts, managing cross-disciplinary teams, and driving business development in an integrated agency environment.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, or similar
12+ years of experience leading client accounts in an advertising, marketing, PR and/or creative agency with integrated agency experience leading large, complex campaigns
Advanced knowledge of B2B industries
Strong ability to build trusted partner relationships with senior-level clients
Demonstrated leadership experience working or managing cross-disciplinary teams in an account team structure with strong emotional intelligence
Extensive experience in business development, including leading sales pitches, growing client accounts, and negotiating contracts
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial acumen with experience developing and managing client budgets, profitability, and realization/utilization metrics
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple and sometimes changing priorities simultaneously
