Responsibilities

Lead the recruiting operations team, coaching coordinators and promoting a culture focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Improve recruiting workflows by identifying pain points and implementing scalable, well-structured processes
Manage and optimize recruiting systems and tools, driving adoption, training, and integration
Evaluate and introduce new technologies that automate tasks and enhance team productivity
Run core operational programs—referrals, interviewer readiness, documentation updates—and support broader hiring initiatives
Collaborate across HR, Finance, and business teams to streamline workflows and support strategic hiring needs
Balance multiple projects and ad-hoc requests, staying agile as priorities shift
