Evaluate and introduce new technologies that automate tasks and enhance team productivity
Run core operational programs—referrals, interviewer readiness, documentation updates—and support broader hiring initiatives
Collaborate across HR, Finance, and business teams to streamline workflows and support strategic hiring needs
Balance multiple projects and ad-hoc requests, staying agile as priorities shift
Qualification
Required
8+ years of recruiting operations experience
Bachelor's degree required
Must have experience overseeing direct reports
Strong communication and analytical skills
