Gate Attendant (Part Time-Overnights)

Resource Property Management is seeking a Gate Attendant for part-time overnight shifts. The primary responsibilities include providing customer service, monitoring vehicle access, assisting residents in emergencies, and maintaining communication with the management team.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional, and personable customer service

Report any type of suspicious behavior to the office or notify the police, if necessary

Gate personnel will remain alert at all times, ensure that all vehicles entering the property are identified as residents or bonafide guests or vendors

Assist residents in emergency situations

Keep a log of all activities and provide the same daily to the Community Association Manager. See the Gate Manual for more details

Notify residents when guests arrive, issue guest parking passes, with dates and unit number clearly identified

Work as a team with the Concierge, Property Manager, Maintenance Team, Gate Supervisor, etc

Safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with RPM’s internal procedures and policies as well as all related employee handbooks and training/safety manuals
