Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart
Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience
Obtain the release of vehicles that are located at body shops and/or other locations including residences
Answer and place calls in a professional manner
Focus on a call resolution & use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma
Excellent customer service skills and attitude
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient with office equipment
Attention to detail
Problem-solving
Computer proficiency - MS Suite
Typing speed 45WPM
Professional appearance
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Occasional overtime as needed
Preferred
One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
Bilingual skills a plus
