This is a hands-on leadership role combining your passion for coaching with strategic program development and team building.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to design, refine, and implement progressive curriculum for Preschool, School-Age, and Parkour programs, optimizing scheduling and facility use
Drive business results by developing strategies to increase enrollment in classes, camps, parties, and events, while building clear pathways for recreational students to competitive teams
Oversee the full onboarding lifecycle: recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating recreational staff. Maintain an active class load to stay connected to the student experience
Ensure strict adherence to USA Gymnastics safety standards, manage parent communications, resolve issues, and support key administrative systems (registration, tracking)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1+ years in a supervisory or management capacity
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on coaching in recreational gymnastics and/or parkour
Current USAG Professional Membership/Safety Certification (or immediate eligibility)
Full-time availability, including weekday afternoons/evenings and one weekend day (Sunday preferred)
Physical ability to perform active coaching duties, including spotting and lifting
