Summer 2026 Intern- Human Resources
Boardwalk Pipelines is a limited partnership operating in the midstream portion of the natural gas and natural gas liquids industry. They are seeking an HR Intern to provide hands-on support across key HR functions, contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR team.

Responsibilities
Compile and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and time-to-fill
Assist in preparing reports for leadership and HRBP review
Review internal data and provide analysis on compensation trends
Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms
Manage candidate tracking and update applicant status in Dayforce or ATS
Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with hiring managers and candidates
Support onboarding activities including new hire paperwork and orientation setup
Assist with university outreach and internship fair coordination
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
