LHH is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join a well established manufacturing company. The role involves maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and supporting special projects in a hands-on, full cycle accounting environment.

Maintaining the general ledger
Accruals
Preparing financial statements
Reviewing/preparing account reconciliations
Supporting special projects
Involved in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

Required

Excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
2-4+ years' years of stable professional experience in accounting/finance department
Working Knowledge of GAAP
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Tech savvy with strong working knowledge of MS Office, including demonstrable expertise with Excel

Preferred

Experience with cost accounting & physical inventory would be a huge plus
