Senior Marketing Manager/Group Account Supervisor

The Senior Marketing Manager/Group Account Supervisor will lead marketing initiatives for multiple clients, manage a team, and ensure the successful execution of client marketing tactics in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Responsibilities

Understand the client's market, HCP and patient unmet needs, brand clinical profile, strategies, and marketing plan
Establish deep and meaningful client relationships, serving as the client's primary contact to lead the development and implementation of tactical plans
Manage a team to realize business goals and objectives, and motivate and mentor direct reports to provide premier client support
Ensure flawless collaboration between client teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget, every time
Seamlessly orchestrate client projects from the start to finish, ensuring every priority is not just met, but exceeded
Actively engage in client meetings with a keen ear for understanding their needs and internal dynamics, and understand broader pull-through
Lead client/agency alignment and follow up promptly with next steps and roles/responsibilities to ensure a seamless transition from planning to action
Oversee the MLR materials submission process, MLR management, and agency management
Represent Directorie during agency/client meetings (live and virtual)
Contribute to team/client financials, including accurate forecasting, project forecasting, accrual tracking, and reporting
Attend industry conferences, webinars, and seminars for internal training and company development

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
5+ years of experience in corporate marketing department or marketing agency for healthcare pharmaceutical or medical device companies
Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry
Experience building and managing successful teams
Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented self-starter with a 'get it done' attitude
Exceptional time and project management skills
Strong sense of accountability for themselves, their team, and their client
A belief that collaboration and teamwork generates the best product
Solid writing and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and a myriad of projects while thriving under the pressure
The creative spirit and ability to think outside of the box
A service backbone and sales mindset
Leadership sensibility
Ability to work effectively in an office or remotely
Desire to learn new things and adapt to new, changing, or challenging conditions
Proven track record supporting sales and marketing colleagues
Flexibility to work occasional nonstandard hours to meet deadlines, satisfy urgent requests, and travel to client and company meetings (average two trips per month)
