Amrize is seeking an Operations Technician to maintain the operation of a Fly Ash Benefication plant. The role involves ensuring safe and effective plant operations, operating automated facilities, and performing quality control measurements.

Responsibilities

Be part of a team that ensures the safe and effective operation of the plant

Operates an automated facility within a plant control room setting

Support a 24/7 operating facility by working rotating shifts and weekends

Operates mobile equipment such as wheeled loaders to handle raw materials

Performs quality measurements within a quality control laboratory

Supports the plant operation with hands on skills to make repairs and adjust equipment in the field

Applies skills and performs work in other positions as assigned

Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors

Required

High school diploma

Minimum 2 years experience in an industrial workplace

Experience in troubleshooting equipment

Experience in operating mobile equipment

Must have a valid driver's license

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE")
