Responsibilities

Adams and Reese seeks a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of solid litigation experience to join its national litigation practice in the Denver office
The position will focus on commercial litigation and construction law; experience in consumer class action defense, telephone marketing regulation (TCPA) defense, or labor and employment law is a plus
The ideal candidate will be able to manage a case independently from start to finish with minimal oversight
Deposition and hearing experience preferred
