Responsibilities
Provides good case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients
Serves as the primary resource for clinical support in the areas of coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for company products
Informs the customer on the latest product, therapy and technology developments in the industry by actively engaging in procedural and technical discussion
Demonstrates the ability to link clinical data to key messaging
Meets with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals and constraints related to patient care and provide creative and feasible solutions using company products
Collaborates and communicates account and other requested information to the local territory manager on a daily basis
Support monitoring of product inventory levels
Share insights on competitive products or on account issues, opportunities with appropriate TM or CS. Educates the customer on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products
The Senior CS will lead challenging or more complex cases review, lead and develop the content for Regional and/or Area clinical calls
Supports the RSD in the creation and dissemination of educational content for the internal team
Case support and coverage of the most complex cases that require a higher level of clinical expertise
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in clinical support and case coverage in interventional cardiology
Ability to engage in procedural and technical discussions with healthcare professionals
Strong communication skills to collaborate with sales and clinical teams
Ability to provide education on product usage and clinical outcomes
Experience in identifying clinical needs and providing solutions
Ability to lead complex case reviews and develop educational content
Knowledge of product inventory management
Experience in monitoring competitive products and market opportunities
