Responsibilities
Orchestrate and manage the core operational elements involved in the execution and delivery of high value client projects in collaboration with the Project Director
Review brand materials and generate clarifying questions for client discussion
Collaborate with Project Director to generate early story hypothesis
Develop interview and observational guide questions used to gather market research data
Conduct one-on-one interviews with Senior level leadership across the top Pharma companies
Work with Project Coordinator and Field Leads to ensure field execution excellence
Track and monitor completion of project and provide project updates to client
Build comprehensive project specific presentations to train and brief Field Specialists
Collaborate with Project Director in developing client presentations
Craft the early presentation story by providing direction and guidance to the analysis team
Cascade of results presentation to the marketing and sales managers/rep teams after presented to the executive leadership team by the PD, VP or GM
Conduct project presentations to internal and external STEM stakeholders as needed
Collaborate with Project Manager Lead, Project Managers, and global team to identify best practices and standards to deliver global projects that drive efficiency throughout the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree is required - ideally in a relevant area (for example, Business Studies / Life Sciences)
Experience and demonstrated proficiency with the STEM process is essential. This could include: 1+ year STEM Analysis team experience demonstrating robust knowledge of analysis process and STEM project deliverables or 1+ year STEM Field Specialist team experience demonstrating robust knowledge of STEM project services and high-quality field interaction performance or 1+ year STEM Project Coordinator experience demonstrating robust knowledge of STEM project services and high-quality project coordinator performance
Evidence of having coordinated or managed significant projects end to end (with client/external facing role preferred)
Project facilitation with broad range of clients
High attention to detail and organized
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Effective Communication skills
Analytical & astute – able to spot trends and make observational links
Experience using Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Transparent in nature with high integrity and honesty
Ability to be a team player within the broader organization
Flexible and adaptable - ability to adapt style to operationally ‘hands on' when required while retaining a strategic overview
Strong learning agility to adapt to rapid change and new situations
Confident self-starter – thrives on empowerment and motivated by entrepreneurial, small company environment
Collaborative skills with strong emotional intelligence
Ability to represent STEM services and serve as a client partner (attitude of developing client relationships)
